Physical SVG path labels use the authoritative Routed Gothic glyph geometry from Pen Calibration and record their render time. No installed font is needed for a plot.

Stage tabs
Tabs name alternate visual outputs within one study — for example, a master field and its postcard jigsaw. They sit directly above their platen, use the shared 12px monospace rule, and select a real output rather than a cosmetic view.
SVG plot setup
SVG uses true millimetre width and height with a matching viewBox. Paper remains unfilled; only pen paths are exported. Drawing geometry clears the scaled bottom gutter. The plot label sits at the drawing’s left margin and is vertically centred in that gutter. Scaffold is screen-only; Plot frame exports a physical line. Zoom and panning are viewing tools only: they never change exported geometry.
ISO tiled SVG
A completed ISO master can be cropped into repeated smaller ISO pieces — A3 to A6, A1 to A6, or another fitting pair. The source drawing stays full size and is never regenerated or scaled for tiles. Every tile gets the same inset; any ISO rounding remainder is divided evenly between opposite sheet edges; pen-touch cut marks are appended after the drawing.
